All Framer template purchases are digital products delivered instantly. Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final.

When Refunds Are Allowed
Refunds will only be issued under the following circumstances:

• The downloaded file is broken, corrupted, or missing.

• The product does not match the description or preview.

• You contact us within 7 days of purchase to report an issue.
