LunaFit Policies
At LunaFit, we’re committed to creating a safe, supportive, and empowering environment for all our members. To keep everything running smoothly and ensure everyone enjoys their experience, please take a moment to review our studio policies below.
1. Appointment Booking
Booking: You can book classes online, through our app, or at the front desk. We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred time and instructor.
Confirmation: You’ll receive a confirmation email or text once your class is booked. Please double-check your schedule and contact us right away if there’s an issue.
Walk-Ins: Walk-ins are welcome when space allows, but priority is given to members with confirmed bookings.
2. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Notice: We require at least 12–24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a class. This helps us open the spot for another member.
Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 12 hours before class may result in a late cancellation fee or class credit loss (for memberships with limited classes).
No-Shows: If you miss a booked class without notice, the class will be deducted from your package or charged in full.
3. Late Arrivals
Grace Period: Please arrive at least 5–10 minutes early to prepare for class. Late arrivals may not be permitted to join once the warm-up begins to ensure safety and flow.
Fees: Consistent late arrivals may be subject to penalties or restrictions on future bookings.
4. Health & Safety
Medical Conditions: Please inform your instructor of any injuries, health conditions, or limitations before class begins.
Cleanliness: We take hygiene seriously. Please wipe down all equipment after use and bring a towel to each session.
Illness Policy: If you’re feeling unwell, please stay home for the safety of others. You can reschedule your session once you’re feeling better.
5. Studio Etiquette
Respect:Be mindful of others’ space and energy. Refrain from disruptive behavior or excessive noise during sessions.
Phones: To maintain focus and respect for the class environment, please silence your phone during workouts.
Attire: Wear appropriate athletic clothing and clean training shoes.
6. Payment
Accepted Methods: We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and digital payments (e.g., Apple Pay, Google Pay).
Deposits: A 20% deposit may be required for first-time clients or large bookings.
Pricing: All memberships and class packages must be paid in full prior to participation. Some special programs may require a deposit.
Refunds:
All purchases are final. Refunds or credits may be issued at our discretion for medical or exceptional circumstances.
7. Facilities & Personal Belongings
Storage:: Lockers and cubbies are available for your belongings, but please keep valuables at home. LunaFit is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
Equipment Use: Handle all equipment with care and follow staff instructions when using machines or weights.
8. Satisfaction & Feedback
Feedback: We aim to make every class and session a positive experience. If you have feedback or concerns, please reach out within 24 hours — we’ll do our best to make it right.
Refunds: Refunds are issued at our discretion and may be provided as a credit toward future services.
